What does being a Trash Cancer Party host entail?

As a host of a Trash Cancer Party, you are helping get the message out about harmful toxins In, On and Around us. You will be responsible for:
  1. Inviting 9 of your friends to participate in the party
  2. Distributing the Trash Cancer materials
  3. Leading discussions, demonstrations and games guided by the information in the Trash Cancer Party package
  4. Providing guests with healthy snacks and beverages of choice
  5. Encouraging guests to stay involved and committed after your pary.
  6. Taking pictures - you will need to upload photos of your event to Facebook & Twitter so we can see what a success it was!

How long will a Trash Cancer Party take?

A Trash Cancer Party should last about 2 hours.

How do I apply/what does the application process entail?

Once you decide that you would like to host a Trash Cancer Party, you will be asked to fill out a simple registration form online that will ask you for your name, address, email address, and a few other identifiers. Then provide a couple of details about your party and that's it! By registering, you will also become a member of My Well-Being Powered by Humana, but have the opportunity to unregister at any time.

Will Trash Cancer provide the materials needed for the party?

Each host will need to use our host party materials with instructions for hosting, content for sharing, a welcome video from Fran, games that will challenge you and your guests, and healthy recipe ideas. Hosts in the U.S. will be able to access the materials they need to throw a informative party after completing the party sign-up process.

If I live outside of the U.S., can I still host a Trash Cancer party?

International residents will not be able to sign-up to host a Trash Cancer party through this website. However, you can still have a party with us by downloading and printing materials.

Am I responsible for sending invitations to the guests?

Yes. You are responsible for inviting guests to your party. Our online portal will not send invitations on your behalf.

Does it matter what time I hold my Trash Cancer Party?

No. Simply select a time that works best for you and your guests.

Can I edit my party details?

Yes. You can edit your party details at any time.

What do I do if I forgot my password?
